A professional stager would perform a walkthrough of the home. A detailed plan would then be developed including all suggested improvements, highlighting the most critical elements. The plan is presented to the client who is then responsible for the staging. Once the staging is complete the stager would return for a second walk-through to make sure the home is staged effectively.
Custom Bid:
A professional stager would perform a walk-through of the home. From the walk-through a custom bid would be developed for the recommended staging. This bid would be an itemized list of costs needed for the stager to effectively stage the home.
Budget Plan:
A professional stager works with the client to develop a budget to spend on staging. Then a walk-through of the home would be made with the budget in mind, ad the stager would create a plan focusing on the most critical aspects of the home. The staging would then be completed by the client, the stager or a combination of the two.
